ANDERMATT
Andermatt
Located in the heart of Switzerland, Andermatt is accessible from everywhere. It is only a 90-minute drive from Zurich, two hours from Milan, and four hours from Munich. If you prefer travelling by plane, you have your choice of Zurich, Basel, Lugano and Milan airports.

Special Ownership Rights
In Switzerland, the acquisition of real estate by foreign buyers is severely restricted (“Lex Koller”). However, the Swiss federal government ruled to exempt Andermatt Swiss Alps from this law and to allow foreign buyers to purchase apartments and houses from Andermatt Swiss Alps without special permission or restrictions and to sell them again without any minimum holding periods.

Apartments
Each new apartment building is different in its character, appearance and design, but all buildings share the common goal of combining the highest quality construction with modern technology and sustainability. Traditional mountain materials such as stone and wood are abundant in all new buildings and accents from the old village’s vernacular are reflected and integrated into the architecture of all new apartment schemes.

Chalets
To the southwest corner of Andermatt, between the Unteralpreuss and Furkareuss, you can hear only the sound of water. Here, in peace and tranquillity are a limited number of chalet plots where you are free to design and build your dream chalet. The Chedi Andermatt
“Magical.” This word is often heard in descriptions of The Chedi in Andermatt. The 5-star deluxe hotel is one of the leading hotels in the world. Its 123 elegant suites are complemented by an exclusive spa and wellness oasis, library and cigar room and five bars and restaurants, one of which is Michelin Star. Just a handful of Residences and Penthouses remain available to purchase in The Chedi. Ranging from 3-5 bedrooms, you will be able to work with ASA’s design team and artisans to create a luxury and bespoke penthouse with private spa and balconies.

Radisson Blu Reussen
The 4-star hotel Radisson Blu Reussen stands adjacent to the Gotthard Residences, directly accessible without stepping outdoors. The building is reminiscent of the grand hotels of the 19th century, which were designed to protect their guests from the mountain elements. The Radisson Blu Reussen comprises 180 rooms and suites, two restaurants and The Andermatt Concert Hall and conference centre. A limited number of serviced apartments remain available for sale in the adjoining Gotthard Residences, ranging from 1-bedroom apartments to a 3-bedroom penthouse on the 9th floor.

Services
The success of the Gotthard Residences, interconnecting and interacting with the adjoining Radisson Blu is the essence of Andermatt. Owners are motivated with financial incentives and a well-conceived rental program to generate valuable income when not in use. The new village is car-free. During visits, cars remain parked in the underground garage, which provides direct access to all apartments, shops, restaurants and hotels. Motorised traffic is restricted in the village centre of Andermatt and everything is well connected, so visitors can easily reach any destination by foot.
